In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, The Most Merciful.

As-salaamu `alaykum wa-ramatullahi wa-barakatuh.

In Suratun Nisaa verse 23, Almighty Allah has enumerated all the women prohibited to marry.

Forbidden for you (haram for you to marry) are your mothers (and all her ascendants viz. grandmother, great grandmother etc.), your daughters (and all her descendants viz. granddaughter, great granddaughter etc.), your biological sisters, may it be uterine (same mother) or consanguine (same father), your maternal aunties and paternal aunties i.e. mother`s sister and father`s sister, your blood brother`s daughters, your blood sister`s daughters, your foster mothers, your foster sisters, your mother in laws, your step daughters (daughters born to your wife from previous husband) who are in your care and with whose mothers you have had conjugal relations. If you have not had conjugal relations with them then there is no sin on you, the wives of your biological sons and that you join two sisters (in one nikaah) (marry your wife`s sister) except what has passed (you will not be sinful for what you did before becoming a muslim). Without doubt Allah is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Suratun Nisaa verse 23).

It is permissible for you to marry your father`s step brother`s granddaughter.[1]

And Allah Ta`ala Knows Best.
